This foam lifejacket is approved to The Life Saving Appliance requirements of Marine Equipment Directive (MED) 96/98/EC (latest edition), ANNEX A.1, item A.1/1.4 Tested according to the international standard IMO Res MSC.81(70) with resolution MSC.200 (80), and carries the MED STEERING WHEEL. Approved by Lloyd's Register.
It is suitable as an emergency lifejacket for offshore use. Ideal for charter boats and passenger vessels.
It offers an excellent solution for boats and ships that have lack of storage space. It can be easily stored under the seats or in a locker as it folds to a very compact size.
Features include:
Robust velcro fastening front. Split buoyancy compartments. Fully adjustable quick release belt. Marine grade whistle, and retro relective tape. Buddy Line.
The jacket also features donning instructions printed on the jacket for ease of use in an emegency.
A water activated lifejacket light can be added at extra cost if required.
This lifejacket differs from other lifejackets because it turns you into the upright position once in the water even in heavy clothing.
